On February 20th, musician and biologist Tarun Nayar returns to Burdock to launch the Snow Moon menu with an extraordinary exploration of taste and sound. Last year, he collaborated with Chef Andrea to create a dining experience where guests listened to their food, transforming its bio-electric activity into ethereal music.

This season begins with Citrus—what does a Salt Spring Island yuzu sound like? How does it compare to a rangpur lime? Guests will embark on a guided sonic journey, reimagining their perception of food.
