Pork Satay With peanuts, and cucumber-onion relish
Pad Thai With Prawns With rice noodles, eggs, and curry sauce
Green Chicken Curry With green chiles, cilantro, and coconut milk
Charred Pineapple With coconut ice cream
Fully hands on cooking class, Using high-quality, fresh ingredients, we will prepare and serve a five-course menu inspired by his travels to Thailand. Begin with peppery minced chicken salad, and pork satay with cucumber-onion relish. Next, dive into pad Thai with prawns followed by green curry chicken. Round out your gourmet meal with charred pineapple and coconut ice cream.

No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive credit for future class, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
