Yes, even you can be a sophisticated taster! Geoseph will guide you through analyzing, tasting, and judging fine bean to bar dark chocolate in a way that is approachable and practical. This professional level tasting will cover neurogastronomy and offer tools for tasting that will last you a lifetime.  This is the only professional level tasting in the Vancouver area.  This is an interactive workshop, so your questions and input are encouraged!

This tasting goes beyond the scope of any other chocolate tasting you may have attended, helping you to become confident chocolate connoisseurs. We will also learn about the hardworking makers and growers behind each delicious sample. Learn to enjoy chocolate based on what you know, not according to what you are told. An informed palate is a satisfied palate.
