The Foundations of Vietnamese Cookery a hands-on cooking class

Joining us from Banh Mi Tres Bon in Richmond is Lan Do to show us how to make delicious Vietnamese
cuisine.

Join us for a hands-on cooking class where we learn the art of sushi making.

We will learn the importance of herbs and rice to the Vietnamese cuisine,

we will practise making spring rolls and salad rolls,

Lan will show us a quick version of home mad Pho

and Chef John will tempt us with some mini Banh Mi.

This is a special class that you wont want to miss.
