This class will allow for you to learn the history and methodologies of coffee through a guided tasting to discover your personal preferences.

You will understand the different attributes of various home hand-brewing methods of immersion and percolation. This includes Pour-Over (Chemex, V60, Kalita), French Press and Aeropress.

Overall, you will learn how to tailor your brew recipe and find the right grind size. We will include sample bags to take home of each coffee used during class. This class is an intensive class lead by a professional barista, space is very limited. Looking forward to having you there!
