Valentine is going to show you how to cook a romantic dinner or just come to have fun with other couples while savoring delicious French food!

The menu demonstrated and served:

Tarte flambée (Flammekueche): means “pie baked in the flames”. Thin flatbread made right before your eyes, covered in onions, bacon and cream and cooked really high for extra crispiness. Served with green salad.

Aumoniere de Saumon: Salmon wrapped in purse shape phyllo dough. Melt in your mouth salmon inside and crispy outside. Seved with a “beurre blanc” traditional white wine sauce

Lava cake: no translation needed! The ultimate dark chocolate indulgence. Served with vanilla ice cream.

You will be served a savory snack upon arrival, and get to eat everything that is made during the class, in the restaurant room, while enjoying a glass of wine!  A candle light setting will await for the occasion, and each guest will be served one glass of wine, sparkling or white (paired with the food prepared). Additional wine available for purchase during the class.
