Gather around the table with Michelle Schromm of Vina Cobos for a special evening at Parq Vancouver as she takes you through the wine and stories that bring the Mendoza, Argentina region to life. Jason Labahn, Culinary Director, will lead you through each dish, highlighting flavours inspired by five of Parq Vancouver’s restaurants, while Fraser Young, Sommelier at the Victor, guides you through the uniqueness of each wine pairing.

Enjoy an array of welcome canapés presented upon arrival, followed by a series of delicious and indulgent courses featuring asparagus with sherry and basil, hot smoked salmon infused with blood orange and tarragon, and grilled pork secreto with black garlic. These culinary delights have been artfully designed to pair effortlessly with four superb Argentinian wines in the intimate yet breathtaking dining room of 1886. This experience is one to savour.
