Come join a special dinner hosted by Gene Covert of Covert Farms for launching a new Watershed Dinner Series at Forage.

Gene Covert is a 4th generation farmer who has been farming on an organic/biodynamic and salmon safe farm for generations. Chef Chris Whittaker of Forage will prepare diner paired by by other wines of the Southern Okanagan. With this first dinner,  Forage is launching a series of watershed dining events, bringing the best of food & wine from each unique watershed in BC.
