Christos Kalaitzis of Lohin McKinnon will host an unforgettable Whisky Tasting, perfectly paired with a unique menu created by Chef Josh Gale of BREWHALL. Tickets include a taster of Red Racer After Hours Pale Ale upon arrival, followed by a 6-course Whisky & Dinner Pairing and mingling.

First Course
Lohin McKinnon Single Malt paired with Ahi Tuna Ceviche with charred grapefruit, coconut cream, avocado, and togarashi
Second Course
Lohin McKinnon Tequila Barrel paired with Agave Glazed Roasted Pork Belly with pear salsa and chicharron
Third Course
Lohin McKinnon VQA Barrel paired with Wine-Braised Beef Short Rib with butternut squash purée and crispy kale
Fourth Course
Lohin McKinnon Lightly Peated paired with Barley Risotto with celery root purée, soft poached egg and parmesan
