Winemaker’s Dinner — featuring Corcelettes Estate Winery
November 18, 2017 @ 6:45 pm - 11:00 pm PST
Corcelettes Estate Winery, Atelier St. Georges, and Dinners for Barbara Anne are excited to present this fall’s Winemaker’s Dinner, benefitting the BC Cancer Foundation.
Five West Coast-inspired courses will be paired with award-wining wines from Corcelettes Estate Winery, located in British Columbia’s Similkameen Valley. Wine makers Jesce and Charlie Baessler will join us to share their story and guide us through the tasting of their wines.

Corcelette Estate Winery
Corcelettes is a family run boutique winery located on 15 acres of hot, dark rocks in the pristine Similkameen Valley, hugging the mountain of the Upper Bench. Bordeaux style varietals flourish alongside our distinct Pinot Noir and Syrah vines. Our conviction is to grow grapes of world-class quality and produce wines that appeal to wine enthusiasts and professionals alike.
“Grow exceptional grapes, and exceptional wines emerge”
– Charlie Baessler, Winemaker
The name “Corcelettes” (KOR-sah-let) refers to our family farm in Switzerland, once the breadbasket farm that fed the castle of Grandson, not far from Lousanne. Today, the team at Corcelettes strives to produce wines that express true varietal character and capture the magic of Similkameen terroir.
