Railtown Cafe has re-launched their street-side Tailgate Summer BBQ Series. On June 11, Railtown Cafe’s chefs and co-owners Dan Olson and Tyler Day will fire up their custom-built, 12-foot smoker/barbecue barrel from 4 to 10 p.m and dish up heaping plates of 35-hour Texas-style slow-smoked brisket, applewood pork shoulder, beer-brined Fraser Valley chicken, jalapeño cornbread, plus a choice of enticing side plates, which include creamy potato salad and Farmers’ Market field greens.
