You might know him as part of the team at one of Canada’s best restaurants Savio Volpe, or from selling his Artisan pasta at Vancouver Farmers Markets. Maybe from his many appearances cooking on CTV or Global, acting on TV shows like Supernatural, Once Upon A Time, or Arrow?

However you know him, you will learn to make the classic Italian dishes. You will laugh, learn and leave with a memory. Everything is provided, you will learn the home style skills and traditions passed down to Peter

Roman Sauces and Pasta Tasting- Know how to make pasta, we’ll take it to the next level with Roman Sauces! In this demonstration class Peter will teach you to make THE 3 classic Roman sauces of Carbonara, Amatriciana and Caccio e Pepe. Afterwards you will eat each one tossed with a specific Bronze extruded pasta.
