Paella Night – Chef Glenys – Cooking Class

On the menu tonight:
– Tapas:
White Andalusian gazpacho with frozen grapes: almonds and cucumber, sherry vinegar.
Sherry-Garlic Roasted Olives with Grilled Bread and Manchego- on the grill or in the oven, olives with rosemary, shaved garlic, Oloroso sherry.
– The Grand Seafood Paella: with mussels, clams, prawns and white fish, served with lemon aioli.
– Torta di Galina- the simple but luxurious almond cake, a part of the famous Camino de Sanitago.

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register – visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
