Celebrating its 10th year, DISH is an acronym for Drink. Indulge. Savour. Help. and these words sum up the spirit of the evening. Guests at DISH will have a chance to meet and mingle with Vancouver’s culinary luminaries, as well as find new favourites among a stellar lineup of New Zealand wineries. They’ll enjoy bites from select Vancouver-area restaurants and over 20 wineries from New Zealand.

Hosted in partnership with the New Zealand High Commission, DISH will have live music, a silent auction, and the trademark DISH no-holds-barred cocktail competition. Stay tuned for the names of participating wineries and restaurants.

Proceeds from the fundraiser will support the work of the BCHF, which provides assistance for hospitality workers in financial crisis due to extraordinary medical circumstances, as well as operating a scholarship program to foster the next generation of hospitality industry leaders.
