Considered the ultimate festival for food and drink enthusiasts, Brewery & the Beast will take place in Vancouver on July 9 and Victoria on September 24. Tickets for both events will be available for purchase in the spring. With a fantastic lineup of talented chefs and restaurants showcasing their signature dishes, Brewery & the Beast celebrates the best of local farmers and culinary expertise. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to support culinary-focused initiatives such as the Chefs’ Table Society of BC, Camosun College, and Vancouver Island University.
