West End Vegan Spot Brings Back Popular Savoury Valentine’s Day Bouquets

VANCOUVER, BC (January 21, 2022) — Vancouver plant-based favourite Beetbox is putting the ‘V’ in Valentine’s Day again this year by bringing back last year’s sold out vegan- and vegetarian-friendly Fried Chick-Un Finger Bouquets, available for pickup from Saturday, February 12 until Monday, February 14.

Each Beetbox CLB (Certified Lover Bouquet) includes a dozen of Beetbox’s popular Fried Chick-Un Fingers (made from breaded and fried seitan) accompanied with housemade Maple Mustard Dip packaged in decorative Valentine’s Day wrap for $25 plus tax per bouquet.

Guests can complement their bouquets by choosing from a variety of Beetbox’s other plant-based offerings, including Crispy Onion Rings and Yam Wedges, as well as Beetbox Basics — a full menu of the restaurant’s most popular ‘secret ingredients’ and vegan condiments, or the Beetbox x BETA5 Eat Your Veggies Chocolate Bar.
