The Chef’s Table pop-up kitchen is one of Vancouver’s best kept secrets! Enjoy a gourmet five course menu designed by Chef Hamid Salimian with selected wine pairings, served in a unique group setting with only 20 seats available per night. The Chef’s Table pop-up kitchen is run by students and lead by award winning instructors in Vancouver Community College’s International Culinary Arts Program.

What’s the refund policy?
Refunds can be given up to seven days before your event date. No refunds seven days before event date.
Can I purchase additional wine and cocktail beverages at the event?
Yes- Additional wine pairings and cocktails are available at the Chef’s Table Event. Credit or Debit cards are accepted. We cannot accommodate cash sales and have no cash on site.
What if I have a specific diet restriction, allergy or preference?
The Chef’s Table is a student led teaching environment. Menu items may contain or come into contact with wheat & triticale, tree nuts, soy, sesame, peanuts, mustard, milk & dairy products, fish. eggs and shellfish. Vegetarian, Pescatarian, nut allergy, gluten-free dietary restrictions can be planned by the Chef instructors and students- with advanced notice.
Please email in advance through Eventbrite and we will do our best to accommodate these special dietary needs. We can not necesarily accommodate diet needs without advanced notice. Please email chefstable@vcc.ca to recieve a confirmation of your meal needs.
What time does the event start?
6:15 pm doors open and dinner service starts promptly for all guests at 6:30 pm. Dinner start times do not vary.
What if I am late?
It is guests’ responsibility to plan for the specific start time. We cannot hold start times for individuals. There is no refund for late comers or no-shows.
Is my group of ticket purchases guaranteed to sit together?
We base seating plans by groups of tickets purchased but do not guarantee exclusivity of groups to individual sections or tables. The Chef’s Table is a student led teaching environment with a group start time and understanding of the nature of the somewhat communal dining start time. Please email in advance, through Eventbrite and we will do our best to accommodate your request . We cannot necessarily accommodate seating requests without advanced notice.
