Carrot & Mahi Mahi ceviche: Mazatlán style beach ceviche served on a tostada
Main:
Beef tongue tacos: leaner and cleaner cut of beef, a Mexican staple of street tacos
Tortillas from scratch. Help Chef Luis rolling, pressing and cooking homemade tortillas!

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register – visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
