Vancouver is not exactly a city where you can have a lot of places to visit after dark. At least this is our team’s perception when we first come to this beautiful city to live.

We named our liqueur infused Freezex – Dark Matters meaning “After dark, is does matter and this is when we can have some fun!”

77K Freeze creates Artisan Personalized Home-style desserts using traditional honest ingredients but new processing technology that nobody else does in Vancouver. Our desserts are flash-frozen at 77 Kelvin temperature, equal to -196°C using liquid nitrogen. Using our own in-house technology & own designed Cryogenic Control Unit (CCU), we can create unlimited exotic flavours as well as return control back to the consumers to tailor their own food for their needs & preferences.

Our Dark Matters series are second to none simply because you cannot find them anywhere else in the ice cream & frozen desserts worlds. Not to mention, 77K Freeze can flash-freeze anything on the fly with a variety of ingredients and adding liqueur into our existing high quality signature Freezex is just like bring the future into the present.
