Alimentaria’s Chef Martín Vargas will be teaming up with Chef Alvaro Montes De Oca (formerly of Ubuntu Canteen and one of the most recent rotating chefs at the new Bar Tartare) to present a unique opportunity of immersion in the vibrant tapestry of Mexican culture, outstanding cuisine, where guests will be able to craft lasting memories.
