Fin to Tail returns for a second year, offering Vancouver foodies a chance to learn how to cook sustainable seafood from the city’s hottest chefs.

Inspired at-home chefs can feast their eyes on four live cooking demonstrations in the Aquarium’s outdoor courtyard. Fin to Tail will feature mouthwatering, Ocean Wise bites from local chefs including:

Ocean Wise Executive Chef Ned Bell, Vancouver Aquarium
Chef Shelomme Bouvette, Chicha
Chef Quang Dang, West Restaurant
Chef Andrea Carlson, Burdock & Co.

Treat your tastebuds with fresh Ocean Wise seafood, paired with elegant wine and thirst-quenching beer. You’ll also get to explore the galleries with drink in hand and experience the magic of the Aquarium at night.

At-home chefs and aspiring cooks will take away top tips from the pros during the intimate sessions. Takeaways will include recipe cards, making it easy to recreate these unique Ocean Wise dishes in your own kitchen.

All proceeds from this event directly support our ocean conservation programs.
