– Chiqui’s Southern Style Pimiento Cheese: no tailgate or funeral is without pimento cheese, and Chiqui’s is very good

– Extra Crispy Chicken Wings with White BBQ Sauce : it’s all how the wings are loved; it’s really the dip

– Slow Roasted Side Ribs- there’s the rub and the cola sauce, it’s Southern

– Wilted Slaw with Honey and Bacon Dressing: no creamy slaw, it needs some punch

– Jalapeño Corn Pudding: Chilliwack corn anyone?

– Grilled Peaches with Ice Cream and Whiskey Sauce: no words needed

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register – visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
