Seared Shisito Peppers with Roasted Pepper Alïioli- a tapas bar favouriteCorn Griddle Cakes with Salsa- bites of sweet and tangy with a fresh salsa for dipping
Roasted Asparagus with toasted crust of Gruyère, prosciutto, herbs and bread crumbs; works as a side dish, salad or on its own
Grilled Porterhouse Steak with Crisp Herb Crust- the perfect thick steak, carved and sliced from the bone
Smashed New Potatoes with Truffle Salt- first of the season spuds with the perfect crispy finish
Chocolate Crunch Puddings- melting dark chocolate in side, crunchy top- ready for the new berries!

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register – visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
