Japanese Canadian Heritage Cooking Class – Yummy Oshizushi in the Kitchen!

This April, dynamic duo Etsuko Dojima and Chiharu Mitsueda will teach us to create fun, tasty oshizushi (pressed box sushi) for home cooks!
ETSUKO & CHIHARU’S DELISH SPRING MENU:
- Simplified sushi rice demo
- Learning the art of prepping fish for sushi
- Some bright, seasonal ingredients to add healthy flair
- Layering, pressing and cutting the oshizushi
- Lotus root kimpira (renkon-on-the-go)
