School is off, any better way to spend this day with your kid in the kitchen, learning, having fun and baking together! 

In this class, kids and adults will learn how to prepare some true French pastries! Recipes you will learn hands on:

  Apple and Berries mini Galette, with dough made from scratch

  
  


• 
  

  Madeleines, the classic French tea cake

  
  


• 
  

  Palmiers, or known as ” Elephant ears”

  
  

Things to know before registering:

–          Each adult can register with 1 or 2 kids. One ticket is required per attendee!

–          One dough recipe will be given to each group of 2, for madeleines and pie dough

–          All recipes will be nut free. Inquire prior booking if other allergies are a concern.

–          Parents/guardians will be asked to sign a waiver form for each child prior to class.
