Mother’s Day Brunch SPECIAL! Make 4 types of DIM SUM from scratch- healthy style!!!

Brunch is the best meal of the week, but some may argue that DIM SUM is even better! Those who love brunch and dim sum but are looking for ways to create something amazing yet healthy are in the right place! This will be a very casual intimate class and we will go over fun breakfast and brunch basics of dim sum, but make everything with a healthier spin! 


Mother’s Day Special: every Mother will receive a carnation to celebrate their special day!



Menu: YUM CHA! -These are the 4 classic dim sum dishes we all love! 


*Steamed Rice Rolls with shrimp (Cheung Fan)


*Steamed Bean Curd Wraps with pork and mushrooms


*Pan seared Daikon (Chinese white radish) cake with cured chinese sausage, dried shrimp (Lobak go) 


*Pork Siu Mai (steamed dumplings with woodear and goji berry)
