On the menu tonight:

California BLT Salad- add and subtract from this cousin to a Cobb salad, dressed with a creamy avocado dressing. It sports green-goddess grilled chicken, heirloom tomatoes, crispy bacon bits, avocado, greens, local artisan cheese and lots of flavour.

Lobster Love- a little French, a little Cape Cod. Grill a few lobster tails (or crab if you like) and toss with new corn, baby potatoes, a citrus herb vinaigrette and greens. Voilà!

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register – visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
