Spring Bistro – Chef Glenys – Cooking Class

On the menu tonight:

“Left Bank Caviar”- no seafood, but a clever spice blend, grass-fed butter and baguette

Green Olive Tapenade au Pistou- crostini with fresh herbs

Spring Tonic Soup- all the colourful new veggies and herbs in a bright broth

Dry Brined Chicken with Herb-Truffle Salt Rub- Grilled or roasted, the chicken is outstanding.

Warm Potato and Greens Salad with Pan Juices- Asparagus, new potatoes, salad herbs and a warm pan dressing

Rhubarb Tarte Tatin- individual tartes with chilled custard sauce. Rhubarb signals spring.

$99+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register – visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
