Summer Champagne Dinner with Veuve Clicquot

Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver and YEW seafood + bar are thrilled to introduce new Executive Chef Edgar Kano and host the ‘pre-launch’ dinner for Veuve Clicquot’s annual Yelloweek celebration with an exquisite 4 course tasting dinner.  Beginning with canapes and a glass of classic Veuve Clicquot Brut the evening will progress through a 4 course dinner paired with 4 champagnes including a vintage rarely seen outside of private cellars and ending with a Veuve Rich cocktail handcrafted by the YEW bar team.
