“Sushi and the City” features Charlie Lee, a master sushi chef trained by Michelin star chef, Matsumoto Mizuho and offers an exclusive two-and-half-hour sushi / sashimi making class.
You will learn the how to make restaurant quality sushi and sashimi with the modern Japanese techniques, high quality ingredients including premium grade sashimi, that are tasty and visually stunning.
