Join us at Tuc Craft Kitchen on Tuesday, November 20 for a one-night-only ‘Taste of BC Terroir’ wine dinner.

Executive Chef Roy Flemming’s signature brand of rustic comfort food will be paired with two unique Okanagan-grown wines during each course. We’re looking forward to taking our guests on a guided tour through the celebrated vineyards of BC’s Okanagan Valley. Throughout the night, we’ll highlight the different terroir and micro-climates of the region that influence the grapes and help to create memorable wines. 

The five-course menu includes dishes such as coconut chili bisque paired with Riesling from Ex Nihilo Vineyards and Daydreamer Wines, braised BC pork cheeks with carrot top chimichurri complemented by Meritage from Fairview Cellars and Covert Farms Family Estate, and chocolate ginger budino & salted caramel paired with Syrah blends from Da Silva Vineyards and Moon Curser Vineyards.

All 10 wines have been hand-selected by Tuc Co-Owner and Sommelier Colin Ross, who will co-host the event alongside BC Wine Shop Owner and Okanagan Valley authority Gerrit Van Staalduinen.
