Valentine is going to show you how to cook a romantic dinner or just come to have fun with other couples while savoring delicious French food!

The menu demonstrated and served:

Warm Goat Cheese Salad: such a French classic! Warm toasts of goat cheese over a green salad tossed with nuts and dried fruits.

Beef Wellington: the ultimate beef lover dish! A wonderful filet trapped in a crispy flaky crust with mushroom duxelles

Crème brûlée: no description needed! Indulge in this sexy, creamy and crackling caramel top dessert for finish!

You will be served a savory snack upon arrival, and get to eat everything that is made during the class, in the restaurant room, while enjoying a glass of wine!  A candle light setting will await for the occasion, and each guest will be served one glass of wine, sparkling or white (paired with the food prepared). Additional wine available for purchase during the class.
