DEMONSTRATION EVENT.

On the menu tonight:

• Tapenade: a classic from the South of France, sunny spread of olives, capers, lemon, olive oil and herbs, minus the anchovies!

• Fougasse: is it a pizza, or a bread? Either or, this grilled dough, flavored with garlic, herbs and olive oil will be on your table all summer!

• Zucchini Fritters: crispy fried zucchini little pancakes, served with a vegan homemade dill and lemon sour cream

• Soupe au Pistou: traditionally from Provence, this is “the” summer soup. With white beans, vegetables, flavorful veggie broth and homemade Pistou, the French version of pesto, this soup is fresh, delicious and nutritious.

• Berry Parfait: layers of fruits, fresh and cooked, sweet lemony cream and homemade pistachio and almond cookie crumble. Perfect sweet finish!

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register – visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
