Fresh St. Market has brought its much-loved Peak Donuts to the heart of Vancouver. The B.C.-based, family-owned grocery store has officially launched its sought-after donut brand at its Vancouver House location, situated at 1423 Continental Street.
Palle Knudsen, Senior Director of Retail Operations at Fresh St. Market, expressed excitement over the expansion, emphasizing that Peak Donuts has become increasingly popular across multiple Fresh St. Market locations. He noted that Vancouverites had voiced their desire to have easier access to these delicious treats, and the company was delighted to fulfill that request. Now available at Vancouver House, Peak Donuts are baked fresh in-house every day, offering 26 varieties. For Valentine’s Day, seven special creations have been introduced, adding a festive touch to the lineup. To enhance the experience, customers can enjoy these indulgent treats alongside Whistler-based Forecast coffee at the Fresh St. Market Café. Heart-shaped stuffed donuts will be available until February 15 as a limited-time offering.
Peak Donuts can now be found at Fresh St. Market locations in Whistler, Surrey Panorama, Langley Walnut Grove, Kamloops Aberdeen Mall, and Vancouver House. The selection includes a rich assortment of flavors, from decadent custard-filled donuts to sweet and savory options. Among the most popular choices are the Custard King, featuring French Bavarian cream and chocolate frosting, the Strawberry Pistachio with strawberry glaze and white chocolate drizzle, and the Crème Brûlée, which boasts a crispy caramelized exterior. Fans of classic flavors can opt for the Cookies N’ Cream, a white chocolate ganache-covered delight with Oreo crumbles, while those seeking a fruity option can enjoy the Apple Cinnamon Fritter with oat streusel. The Salted Dulce de Leche Cronot provides a rich combination of crispy puff pastry, dulce de leche, and flaked sea salt, and for a savory twist, the Cheddar & Onion Fritter is filled with cheddar cheese and green onions, finished with a brush of garlic butter.
