Culinary Icon and fellow New York based Les Dames d’Escoffier member, Lidia Bastianich, also an Emmy award winning TV personality, cookbook author and restaurateur, will host the Les Dames d’Escoffier Gala of BC Chapter. Gala dinner with Lidia will take place on September 23, 2016 at the Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver, supporting Les Dames d’Escoffier’s outreach and scholarship programs.

The event features TV host and MC, Fanny Kiefer, and the following great culinary minds and their creations will be presented at the gala:

• Pino Posteraro ( Cioppino’s Mediterranean Grill & Enoteca),
• JC Poirier ( Ask for Luigi, Pizzeria Farina and Pourhouse),
• Robert Belcham (Campagnolo and Campagnolo Roma),
• Jean-Claude Douguet (Gotham Steakhouse & Bar),
• Alana Peckham (Les Dames alumni, Season 2 Chopped Canada champion, the Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver/Alligga),
• Rhonda Viani (West)
• James Coleridge (Bella Gelateria). ,
• Margaret Chisholm (Culinary Capers Catering, Les Dames member)

Guest will receives a signed copy of Lidia’s cookbook, Mastering the Art of Italian Cuisine.

All funds raised will go to BC Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier, including Project Chef and Growing Chefs.
