In a quiet lane in Taichung, Taiwan, one can discover a quaint Vietnamese restaurant, named “Petit été”. Its owner, Josie Chang, is an outgoing and passionate chef whose background actually lies in the finance industry. A lover of travel, Josie embarked on her first trip to Vietnam, where she learned the recipes and cuisines of Vietnamese home-cooking.The elegance and delicacy of Vietnamese culture captivated her heart, driving her to explore, learn, and create her own style of Vietnamese cuisine. Josie’s love of Vietnam and its people can be seen and heard in her vivid stories about the country.
