Chocolate Tempering Class

Hands on instruction on how to temper chocolate and make rolled truffles and molded chocolate bars.

Learn the ins and outs of how chocolate is made and how to temper chocolate easily at home. Practice your new skills to make molded chocolate bars in dark chocolate with different add in ingredients. and rolled truffles to take home.

This class is 16+. This class is nut free (please note that other companies in our facility do cook with nuts) and vegan friendly.

*This class is a prerequisite for our hand painted chocolate truffles class.*

Milk and white chocolate tempering will be discussed. We will provide you with loaner molds, and enough dark chocolate to cast a set of three bars and roll nine salted caramel truffles.

THE SEPTEMBER CLASS WILL LIKELY BE THE LAST CLASS OF 2019 DUE TO WINTER EVENT COMMITMENTS. PLEASE STAY TUNED FOR OUR 2020 CLASS SCHEDULE.
