Cooking Class by Tartine and Maple: Basic Canning – Keep Summer in a Jar

A 2-hours introduction of how to can the summer for shelf stable for months –  quick blackberry jam and dill pickles.

Recipes will be provided there there will be discussion on how to can various ingredients such as fruits in syrup, salsa, pate and  more!

You will go home with a small jar of goodies canned during the class, and house made ice tea and garlic and herbs toasts provided.
