Thai Favorite – Cooking Class

Warm yourself up from the inside-out with the tingly warming spices of Thailand. Chef Chris menu ought to cut through the winter chills and make you think you’re relaxing on a beach in the south pacific.
On the menu tonight:
– Lettuce Wraps – wok fried sweet and peppery pork, with peanuts and chilies
– Fish Cakes – curried fish cakes with lime and galangal served with a spicy lemongrass chili oil.
– Green Curry Paste – made from scratch in a mortar and pestle
– Green Curry Chicken – using our freshly made curry paste, coconut milk, eggplant and peppers. Served on rice with Thai basil.
– Thai Chocolate Mousse – cardamom, coconut and mangoes mixed with chocolate and set into a mousse.

You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register – visa, mastercard, debit, gift certificates and cash are accepted. We require 72 hours notice if you can’t make it to your class for a full refund or to move you to another class. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, a refund will not be issued but you can always send somebody in your place. Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
