The most satisfying chocolate tasting experience!  Experience artisan chocolate using all of your 6 senses.

We will taste while we explore dark chocolate and other cacao products all the while training our senses to extract the most pleasure from what it is we are eating.

You will be introduced to what bean-to-bar means, and what artisan/craft chocolate is all about.  We will delve into over 5000 years of historical geography to give you a glimpse into how chocolate evolved.

Afterwards, delve into neurogastronomy and learn practical tools for tasting.  These tools will not only enhance your chocolate tasting experiences, but can also be applied to your daily life.  Being informed about your food means knowing how to be completely satisfied by what you eat, and we will learn how to make that happen!

Finish the workshop an enlightened chocolate consumer.  Understand how to read labels, determine what quality chocolate is, and communicate in the chocolate language to the people around you.  Whether you are an amature, foodie, or work in the industry, this workshop will leave you with something worth coming for!

This workshop is for those aged 16+, with 8 seats per session.  The small group size ensures everyone gets a chance to be involved and be heard.  It will be an open forum where feedback enhances the experience.

**Chocolate used will be dark, vegan, and gluten free.**
