Nanoose Bay Cafe is the New Culinary Destination on Vancouver Island Opening in June

The new Nanoose Bay Cafe, set to open in Fairwinds Landing later this spring, is poised to win over both tourists and locals alike. Created by seasoned hospitality partners Eli Brennan, Alan Tse, and Chef Todd Bright, this restaurant-and-bar promises to deliver an upscale dining experience that showcases Vancouver Island’s local seafood through West Coast-inspired cuisine. The venue also boasts stunning views of the marina and Winchelsea Islands.

Brennan, who owns the Qualicum Beach Cafe and Water St. Cafe in Vancouver with his partners, stated that the new restaurant is an opportunity to invest in the local community and build genuine connections with their guests. He added that they are thrilled to launch the Nanoose Bay Cafe and look forward to welcoming visitors and residents alike.

Seacliff Properties, the developer of Fairwinds, announced its partnership with Brennan, Tse, and Bright last month, citing their experience and shared values as a perfect match for their vision of creating a welcoming establishment that celebrates Nanoose Bay’s unique location. The new restaurant aims to be a hub for the community and a top culinary destination for tourists.

The Nanoose Bay Cafe will feature a full-service restaurant, a coffee shop, and a market that offers a range of locally sourced products. The restaurant includes a dining room, bar, expansive patio, and private dining areas, serving lunch, dinner, and happy hour. The coffee shop + market will stock everyday essentials, snacks, fresh and frozen foods, artisanal products, and travel supplies.

The opening date of the Nanoose Bay Cafe is yet to be announced, and further details will be available on their website, nanoosebaycafe.com.
