Rosie’s BBQ & Smokehouse is back with a sizzling new season, ready to slow-cook the best BBQ in British Columbia. After a winter of exploring and researching the BBQ joints of Central Texas, Rosie’s is filled with fresh ideas and inspiration to delight BBQ lovers in the Lower Mainland.
New additions to Rosie’s mouthwatering menu include the El Nino Pollo Taco and Brisket Poutine, alongside all-time favorites like Texas Ribs, Slow Smoked Wings, and signature 4AM Brisket. Rosie’s is committed to delivering top-quality BBQ made with locally sourced ingredients, ensuring a truly satisfying dining experience.
To kick off the season, Rosie’s will be setting up their smoker at Nat Bailey Stadium for eight Vancouver Canadians home games, starting on Saturday, April 29th. Additionally, Rosie’s will be stationed at Batch Vancouver in Plaza of Nations every Sunday from May 7th, with plans to visit beloved breweries and al fresco spots throughout the spring and summer. And for those who love BBQ for breakfast, Rosie’s has added new breakfast tacos to the Sunday menu, featuring tantalizing options like Jalapeno Sausage & Egg and Brisket & Egg.
Don’t miss Rosie’s special Cinco de Mayo pop-up at Batch Vancouver on Friday, May 5th, where Chef Karl Gregg will be showcasing his culinary prowess with Rosie’s Taco Shack. Drawing on his multiple culinary trips to Sinaloa, Chef Karl will be putting a smoky twist on classic taco recipes, such as Brisket & Salsa Macha, Pastor, and Carnitas, creating a unique BBQ-infused taste experience. Rosie’s Taco Shack will be back at Batch Vancouver every Tuesday from June 6th.
For those who love to share BBQ with family and friends, Rosie’s offers friends and family-sized options available for pre-order, including the new “Hank Platter” featuring 4AM brisket, ribs, pulled pork, barbacoa beef, and delectable sides like Vancouver’s Best Cornbread, Mac & Cheese Salad with smoked poblanos, sharp cheddar, and crisp onions, and Westcoast Slaw.
