On Wednesdays and Thursdays starting April 14 and 15, St. Lawrence will offer Rotisserie Chicken Dinners that include an organic free-range 1/2 BBQ chicken inspired by the beloved St-Hubert restaurants of Quebec along with coleslaw, fries, gravy and dinner rolls for $30 — enough for two hungry folks to pick up and enjoy at home or in the park for a spring al-fresco feast!
The first 50 orders will also receive a complimentary jar of St. Lawrence’s Épices à BBQ (BBQ Spice) from its STL Spice and Salt Line that they use to season the chicken so at-home chefs can spice up their own dishes at home.
On Sundays beginning April 18, two of St. Lawrence’s crowd-favourite, signature dishes — its traditional handmade Venison Tourtière and Tarte au Sucre (sugar pie) will return to the take-out menu in nine-inch, family-size, ready-to-eat formats available for pickup. Each pie ($29 for Tarte au Sucre, $45 for Tourtière) serves 4-6 people and are available in limited quantities each week.
