Using 100% real pumpkin they brew up a warming chai tea, and to it add in classic tapioca pearls. For those who are vegan, this bubble tea frappe is available in your choice of soy milk, almond milk, oak milk, or coconut whip. Soirette is a downtown Vancouver bakery. They are known for their rotating, seasonally driven menus. For fall they are offering a gluten-free macaron cake filled with salted caramel and a pumpkin spice mousseline. Ideal for those looking for a dessert to impress, and one that isn’t a simply a store-bought pumpkin pie. For those looking for a smaller bite? You can pick up a couple of their pumpkin cheesecake flavoured macarons instead.
