The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver has unveiled its 2026 spring culinary lineup, featuring a series of immersive dining activations ranging from garden-themed outdoor domes to whimsical afternoon tea services. The seasonal program, centered at H2 Kitchen + Bar and H Tasting Lounge, aims to capture the city’s transition into spring through high-concept storytelling and traditional holiday celebrations.
Easter Sunday: Brunch and Bunny Encounters
On Sunday, April 5, H2 Kitchen + Bar will host its signature Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet. The menu, curated for a broad audience, balances classic holiday fare with Pacific Northwest influences. Highlights include a chef-manned carving station featuring Salmon Wellington and honey-glazed Easter ham, alongside a cold bar with shrimp ceviche and smoked salmon.
The experience extends beyond the plate; from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, the hotel lobby will host a live animal interaction featuring bunnies and feathered friends. The activation is managed by The Farm Friends, an organization with over 60 years of history in animal care and community connection.
- Date: Sunday, April 5 (Seatings from 11:30 am)
- Pricing: $99 per adult; $45 for children (6–11); complimentary for children under 5.
The Secret Garden Dining Domes
At H Tasting Lounge, the signature outdoor dining domes have been reimagined as “The Secret Garden.” Open through May 10, the private panoramic structures are outfitted with cascading floral garlands, adjustable heaters, and independent sound systems. Each dome accommodates up to six guests, offering a private spring picnic atmosphere overlooking the Coal Harbour marina.
- Availability: Daily for lunch and dinner until May 10.
- Requirements: Minimum spends of $150 to $250 apply.
Afternoon Tea: From Global Travel to the Hundred Acre Wood
The spring season marks a transition for the hotel’s popular afternoon tea program. Easter weekend serves as the final opportunity for guests to experience the “Around the World in 80 Days” tea, a Jules Verne-inspired service that prioritizes adventurous international flavors over traditional tea fare.
Following this, on April 11, the hotel will launch “The House at Pooh Corner” Afternoon Tea. This new chapter transitions into a nostalgic theme inspired by A.A. Milne’s stories, focusing on honey-centric sweets and savory bites designed to evoke the whimsical spirit of Tigger and friends.
- Around the World in 80 Days: Weekends through April 5 ($75 per adult).
- The House at Pooh Corner: Launches April 11, Saturdays and Sundays ($79 per adult).
