Chef-inspired Dawson’s Deluxe Hot Dogs are Debuting at BC Place

With an exhilarating sports weekend coming with the Whitecaps FC and BC Lions games on July 21st and 22nd, BC Place is thrilled to unveil its newest concession stand, Dawson’s Deluxe, a sister brand to the stadium classic, Dawson’s Hot Dogs. Dawson’s Deluxe is set to elevate the stadium dining experience with its delectable gourmet hotdogs made from premium ingredients, including the indulgent Wagyu beef.

Curious about the mouthwatering new menu items at Dawson’s Deluxe? Here’s a sneak peek:

  1. Wagyu Dog – 100% Wagyu beef topped with delightful mango pineapple salsa, pineapple mustard, togarashi mayo, and teriyaki sauce. Served with a side of kettle chips.
  2. Bavarian Smokie – A savory pork smokie accompanied by sauerkraut, diced onion, and grainy mustard. Served with a side of kettle chips.
  3. Chorizo Dog – A burst of flavor with chorizo topped with refreshing salsa fresca, chimichurri aioli, and jalapeno. Served with a side of kettle chips.
  4. Sausage Platter – Enjoy a trio of goodness with chorizo, Bavarian smokie, and Wagyu dog served alongside sauerkraut, dill pickle, mustard, and kettle chips.

As part of its 40th-anniversary celebrations, BC Place is proud to introduce two new sustainable additions to our offerings, making us more environmentally conscious than ever before. Say farewell to single-use plastic cups, as the stadium welcomes aluminum cups for draft beverages. The best part? These cups are “infinitely recyclable,” meaning they can be recycled indefinitely without any loss in quality. Not only do they contribute to reducing waste, but they also keep your drinks refreshingly cold for extended periods, making them a perfect companion for those hot summer days when the stadium roof is open.

In addition to the eco-friendly cups, BC Place is excited to present the special edition 40th-anniversary popcorn boxes. These boxes showcase a playful pattern, highlighting memorable events from the last four decades. And the best part is that they are 100% compostable, embodying the stadium’s commitment to sustainability and a greener future.
