HANDS ON EVENT

Your Chef: Lizzy Wong

Whether you are new to decorating cookies or ready to take the next step and learn a few more cookie decorating techniques, this class is for you! You will learn all about the science behind icing consistencies and how these varying consistencies can be used to create a variety of beautifully decorated cookies. Through step by step guided instruction and modeling, we’ll create adorable Thanksgiving themed cookies together using a variety of techniques, tools, icing colours, and consistencies.

Lizzy is a seasoned cake artist, winning prices such as The San Diego Cake Show. Lizzy now has a custom cake and cookie business here in Vancouver and she is ready to share her secrets! You can follow Lizzy on Instagram at @lizzyfrizzybakery and see some of her work!

All materials will be provided for use in class and 6 cookies to decorate and take home. Please bring a container.

You will be served a cheese and charcuterie plate for nibbling during this class, and you will take home your decorated cookies!

$109 + gst per person (please buy one ticket per attendees)

This is an adult only class! Minors 14+ are welcomed accompanied by an adult (please buy 2 tickets)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register – visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
