For the first time ever, Vancouver Magazine’s Restaurant Awards was open to the public, with many local food lovers gathering at Sheraton Wall Centre to celebrate one of the biggest foodie parties in the city, along with restaurateurs, chefs, sommeliers, bartenders, and many others from the food and restaurant industry.
Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar swept the award ceremony with three amazing wins grabbing the Best Seafood and the Best Upscale, as Alex Chen became the Chef of the Year. St Lawrence took the biggest win and was crowned Restaurant of the Year, along with another huge claim of the Best New Restaurant. They also took the 2nd place in Best French, and an honorable mention for the Best New Design
