Chef Sam Leung, Master Chef of the Year, has brought classic Chiuchow cuisine with new West Coast twists and conquered the critics’ hearts. The Chinese seafood restaurant has won “Best Dim Sum” and “Best Chinese“, and become the very first Chinese Restaurant to win “Restaurant of the Year“.
