St-Rémy, one of the world’s leading French brandy brands has returned to Canada for the St-Rémy Signature Cocktail Week, running November 14 to 21, 2022
Over 70 establishments across Canada including the provinces of Ontario, Quebec,
British Columbia and Alberta are offering their own St-Rémy Signature
cocktail creations.
St-Rémy Signature is the latest addition to the brand’s collection created by Cécile Roudaut, Master Blender at St-Rémy with a mission to recruit a new generation of brandy drinkers and inspire the modern cocktail connoisseur. The Master Blender is dedicated to exploring new production processes and aromas while remaining true to traditional French brandy-making.
St-Rémy Signature’s distinct youthfulness comes from the added maturation stage in small virgin
oak barrels, giving the liquid intense spiced notes and verve. It then goes through a second
maturation process in traditional brandy casks, which results in a smooth and authentic product,
creating a moment of true harmony and the perfect balance of tradition and modernity.
